I’ve been with The Factory gym for six months and it has been the best training I have done in years. I started with personal training during Covid, working out from home. Once the gym reopened, I went back first for 2 days per week and had to increase to 4 to 5 days because I was enjoying it so much. Matt really knows his stuff.
