Reviews for Women’s Health Physiotherapy:

What I find different with Deborah is that we are not getting a quick fix but better – a long term solution for our body. I was pregnant when I was recommended Deborah. After a first session, my daughter who was in breach came to the right position. But my daughter would move a lot when I would pass a bump on the road while driving, which seemed she hated the car drives. But after a session of aligning my hips, my daughter stop moving when I passed the road bumps – I almost couldn’t believe that my hips were her making her uncomfortable, but the proof was there. Moreover, my posture improved while I was pregnant, even with my belly getting bigger. It was a good investment in my health – Elisa C.

When I got pregnant I swapped normal Pilates at Physiofit Woman with Pregnancy Pilates. Pregnancy Pilates alongside Pregnancy Physio allowed me to go through pregnancy with less pain, by maintaining a good posture and overall strength. After attending the Antenatal Partner Workshop taught by Deborah Fernandes, my partner and myself felt more confident and prepared for the big day! Deborah taught us breathing, massage and posture techniques to ease pain, that were essential during the last months of pregnancy as well during labour. She helped us understand the different stages of labour, when and what to use at each stage, and gave us the tools needed to, confidently, decide what is best for us during labour. – Carolina S.

Have been having trouble with a knee injury one year post-op. Ciaran figured out the source of my pain and the issues that caused the injury in the first place. Reviews for Ben Hunt Sports Injury Clinic:

I went to Ben after I hurt my neck in a sports injury. I didn’t really know what to do as it was during Covid so I wasn’t sure what my options were to get help. I booked in with Ben and I got a confirmation email and went to see him for my appointment.
He was brilliant from the start, he did a consultation with me and asked that I walk through exactly how my injury happened. He checked past injuries or illnesses etc and was super thorough.
I got some hands on massage work and needling done.
This was the second time I had hurt my neck in the space of 3 weeks from doing the same movement. After visiting Ben I waited a week and went back training and playing matches with absolutely no issues with my neck since!
I’m super delighted and would highly recommend Ben!
Thanks again💪 – Stella McK.

I went into Ben with a lingering back problem, and after having a good, detailed chat, he was able to assess the problem, aleviate the pain, and provide and explain several exercises that would help prevent the issue from recurring. Lovely guy, great facilities, and overall very professional. I would highly recommend a visit! – Michael F.

I would highly recommend a vist tank you ben for all your help – Tommy D.
