Went to Next Level physiotherapy with a knee injury, from beginning to end. John is very professional in what he does, after a few sessions, he gave me the confidence to get back to running. Would highly recommend John. 5 ⭐. – Tezza M.

Had a persistent shoulder injury that caused significant pain. Went to John, he identified the problem and from the first appointment I could feel the improvement in my shoulder. Now, after being put on a programme by John to build flexibility and strength in my shoulder, my shoulder is in great condition. Reviews for My Physio Cork:

The gang at MyPhysio are excellent. Firstly, using their service is so easy given the online booking system and the online receipting and reminders. Secondly, any of the Physios I have worked with there have been really good. There is a genuine effort at solving problems rather than just treating symptoms and I found this most helpful. They are reasonably priced and have very good facilities. – Pia F.

Excellent Physio service that was tailored for my exact requirements which included injury repair, followed by rehab and finally longer term strengthening exercises … and much more in terms of advice around a tailored exercise routine, frequency etc. The location is excellent and the facilities on site which include a gym are perfect. You leave each session knowing exactly how to (physically) perform the prescribed exercises. Individual attention and communication delivery via text, email, videos (for the exercises) belong in the top quartile! Although initially, I was simply looking for help with an injury, I’ve come away with much more. MyPhysio comes highly recommended by me.! – Joe D.

Cannot recommend Myphysio highly enough. Kenneth was empathetic, skilled and motivating! With his support, I was able to get back to the activities I love after my injury. Have recommended family members and friends as I know they will receive quality, evidence-based care from any of the clinicians working here 🙂 Cliona T.

Over the past 25 years I’ve unfortunately sustained various injuries that have warranted a visit to a physiotherapist. I’m just glad the clinic I visited was Neasa Long’s Partnership. From the initial assessment, through the treatment and even into the rehabilitation process they have always been very professional. I’ve been treated by Neasa, Rachel and Barbara on different occasions with different aliments and all the Physio’s have been superb. They keep you informed of how the treatment is progressing and structure a plan for the recovery process. Long term they may even recommended something to try prevent an injury from reoccurring. They put you at ease and you can see the genuinely care about their patients. A good example of their profession. – Alan M.

I was referred to Neasa Long for physio by my neurosurgeon in Cork following a rupture of one of my lumbar discs 2 years ago. Neasa was excellent in helping me regain full spinal health following a highly personalized program. Neasa also liased directly with my consultant to ensure she fully understood my injury/MRI results etc to manage my rehabilitation accordingly. I continue to see Neasa from time to time for maintenance. I would have no hesitation in recommending Neasa and her team for physio. – Clara Roche.

I have had an excellent service from Neasa over past 6 months. She sorted a shoulder injury within 2 sessions and we are progressing nicely with a chronic tendonopathy. Highly professional and skillful service with early morning appointment options. – Marie C.

They always deliver excellent care in treating injuries. The Pilates classes (online and in person) are also brilliant and help me to move better and prevent injury. Highly highly recommend Performance Physiotherapy for both physio and Pilates sessions. – Michael M.

Brilliant physiotherapy services. Tailored rehab programmes which were very practical and worked on rehabbing hip and movement issues I’ve had for years. Reformer pilates sessions are definitely the most unique, relevant workout for anyone pushing on with aches and pains! I have been suffering with sports injury related knee and back pain for a year and tried different physios and exercises, when a friend recommended Brian Slater. Very knowledgeable guy, but also importantly knows how to explain in layman terms. Brian designed a specific training program, which effectively changed my life. Not only I am finally pain free, but my performance and recovery is better than ever before. Thank you Brian, hopefully I won’t have to see you too soon now 🙂 – Andrew J.

Best knowledgeable physio I have ever come across. Very supportive and all exercises are in videos which I find great. I had a bad pain in my back/shoulder, probably from sitting too long in the one spot while working from home. Went to Douglas Physio and saw Jess who was able to work on the problem right away. Gone within the day. Had a follow up session a week later to make sure all OK, and to ensure I had a plan to keep the problem at bay. Not been troubled by it since and am now considering having a regular physio-massage to keep it (or anything similar) from recurring. – Seamus C.

The clinic finally sorted my back pain and months later, I’m still feeling as good as the last day of treatment thanks to the exercises, help and guidance given to me by the staff. I feel a lasting strength and fitness as a result, and while the commitment to twice weekly sessions was pricey, I’m glad I paid every cent. It sorted me right out. A number of chiropractors dealt with me during these months, each as helpful, gentle and kind as the last, as were Glen and Emma at the desk. 5 star service, without a doubt. – Anthony O.

Went here on recommendation from a friend. I had 2 appointments in space of 3 weeks or so due to sore shoulder and limited movement. Dirk was very professional, few days after first session it was already lot better. After 2nd appointment pain was gone (bear in mind this was not unbearable pain) and shoulder movements in gym are back to normal. Aside from getting rid of pain Dirk gave me great tips on exercise variations to get shoulder in better shape. I have to note that clinic is well equipped with training equipment. Definitely recommend. – Igor M.

As I have been struggling with some lower back pain for quite a few years I decided to attend a weekly class (focusing on this issue) at the Function Physiotherapy when I stayed in Cork City for an extended period of time. I really enjoyed the class. The trainers/owners were very professional and the price of the class was very reasonable. I liked the small size of the class and that the trainer had time for everyone and helped if someone did not do the exercises correctly. Highly recommended. – Eva H.

After searching for a good physio practice in the city center for a while, I finally found Function Physio. What a great find! The staff is very friendly, helpful and open and the practice has such a welcoming atmosphere about it.
