I attended Aideen for a pelvic floor assessment after having my second baby and would highly recommend her to every new mother. Aideen is a true professional. She completes a very indepth assessment before doing the physical examination. She put me at ease straight away, talking me through every step and answering any questions I had. She explained everything but in an easy to understand way. The physical exam really wasn’t awkward at all, she is great at making you feel comfortable, and is so easy to chat away to. She gives you advice and exercises to do at home. The space is extremely clean and very private, and all covid precautions were strictly adhered to. If you have had a baby, make it your business to get a women’s health assessment with Aideen! I also completed her online postnatal pilates course which was really enjoyable and complimented what I had learnt from the 1:1 assessment really nicely. – Hannah F.
