Persistent knee pain almost fully gone after three therapy sessions and an excellent bespoke exercise program from Leonora, updated over the weeks as strength increased. Back running and cycling now with no problems. Professional, friendly and very knowledgeable physio service. Excellent, highly recommended. – Donal R.
Very good experience – excellent physio’s, good at diagnosing root cause & helping you through rehab. Very friendly atmosphere.. Also they’ve starting using a new tool to help you doing your rehab exercises at home. They email you a link which has your personalised program with video on how to do the individual exercises. Reviews for Pain Relief Limerick:
I attended the clinic with severe lower back pain. I was seen by Alex and after an initial consultation he was able to pin point the cause of the pain. After the first session, i was much better, he gave me exercises and stretches to do at home and after a couple more sessions i am back to normal. Alex also sent all the exercises via email which was very useful. He is very knowledgeable and I would have no hesitation in recommending the Pain Relief clinic. – Ryan L.
Excellent physio really helped me set weekly goals to regain strength and confidence in using my back again. After a year of being injured Paudie really helped me when I wasn’t sure where to turn to next, after only about 6 sessions of physio with him I was back playing sports and back in the gym again. Very thankful. -Sarah D.
Going to physio at Pain Relief Limerick has been the one of the best decisions I have ever made. I suffer from hypermobile ehlers danlos and was in constant pain, constantly twisting and sub-laxing my joints. In the space of a few months my life has completely changed, my pain has lessened dramatically and I have increased my strength through the exercises given to me by Eimear. The exercise increased in difficulty at the perfect pace and were tailored to my ever-evolving situation. If there was ever an exercise that I wasn’t feeling, changing it was never a problem and I was never made feel bad about this or missing a few days of exercise at home. The soft tissue work was fantastic as well and I always felt 110% leaving physio. I cannot rate my experience highly enough, physio has allowed me to get my life back and be able to do the things I enjoy once more. – Jacqui G.

Reviews for El Physio:
I’ve attended Elaine’s classes for the past few years – both online and in the studio. It is a real bonus to take Pilates classes with a qualified physiotherapist who has in depth knowledge of how the body works. It is evident that Elaine puts a lot of thought into planning each set of classes. Pilates/Power Pilates is always challenging, yet manageable, and always delivered with good humour. Having tried a range of fitness classes in the past where the mantra was often “harder, faster, more reps (!)” I am much more comfortable with Elaine as an instructor since she is always conscious of injuries, and yet will push us in class to ensure we get a good targeted workout. This is much more sustainable and I’m delighted that the online classes are continuing during lock-down. – Bernadette C.
Elaine’s pilates classes are fantastic. She is very informative so not only do you get a great work out she explains why and the benefit of exercises. I always feel so energised and great after these classes! – Steffi O.
Elaine’s pilates classes are fantastic, I always leave them feeling stronger and with lots more energy. Every class is different, with a few challenges along the way and most importantly they are lots of fun. – Eileen M.
