Having being a member of all the gyms in Monaghan over the years, I can honestly say that 2 years ago i made the best decision ever by becoming a member of DTSF!
From the moment you walk in you feel part of something! The gym floor is well equipped and by no means intimidating with staff on hand to help you out!
