Excellent care and quality treatment from Paul and his colleagues at Tullamore Physio. His care, treatments, post session exercises targeted the areas of concern which really helped me recover and return to my previous level of fitness much quicker than others. Paul has a lovely manner, is warm and welcoming on arrival and very professional through the session. His programmes and knowledge really allowed for a steady and more permanent fix to my injuries. Highly recommend. – Aoife B.
Fantastic care from Paul at Tullamore Physiotherapy Clinic. After suffering a bad skiing injury, I was extremely worried I would not regain full movement in my knee again post surgery. Paul was very empathetic towards my concerns and he explained in detail how I should tackle the road to recovery. After only 3 months physio I am now well on my way back to pre-injury movement. Each session with Paul is both professional and informative. – Niamh S.

Reviews for HQ Physio:
Nick gave me great care and exercises for ankles following an accident. Highly recommend 👌 – Nessa McM.
I have been attending Nicholas Lalor HQphysio for shoulder pain on and off for the past two years . For many years I had been suffering from shoulder pain and reduced mobility in that area.
After my first course of physio with Nicholas I noticed a huge improvement in mobility and pain relief and I now have 100% mobility. Nicholas is a thorough professional and after completing my course of treatments I continue my exercise plan which he sends me through an app on my phone.
I feel better than ever and I strongly recommend Nicholas whose friendly nature and genuine concern for the wellbeing of others will put you at ease straight away. Nicholas has very flexible business hours to suit everyone and I would strongly advise anyone who thinks they need physio to contact him for an assessment.
Mary Mooney – Mary O.
Received surgery for a ruptured cruciate ligament in January and played my first game last weekend and there is one man I have to thank above all and that’s Nick! He took me 2 weeks after surgery and as well as working a lot on getting my knee right, Nick also worked hard on building up both of my legs explaining that a lot of injuries happen in the surrounding muscles in the years after a ruptured cruciate. Nick was also great in setting little mini goals to work towards which was a fantastic motivator when you are staring down a lengthy seven month layoff. Despite travelling to England in June working for the Irish u20 Rugby team, Nick didn’t forget me, checking in multiple times during that spell including calling me the night before the World Cup Final! It all means a lot when you’re injured for a long time and i can see why the Irish 20’s have recruited him Felt fit and strong returning at the weekend so cheers for all Nick and best of luck with all. I hope I never have to see you again though!! – Sean B.
